Layuna is an online boutique dedicated to baby clothing designed with comfort, softness, and timeless style in mind. We carefully curate pieces that are gentle on delicate skin and made for everyday moments, helping parents dress their little ones with confidence and care.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value and no hidden conditions. We want your shopping experience to be as simple and enjoyable as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. This means your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within United kingdom. Our current focus is on providing the best possible service to our local customers. Should this change in the future, we will of course inform our community first.
What is your return policy?
No worries if you change your mind. You can return your items within 60 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at support@layunawear.com and we will guide you step by step through the return process.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.

We’re very sorry if this happens. Please contact us at support@layunawear.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund whichever you prefer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can assist you.
