SECTION 20 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase from Layuna. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.

To initiate a return, contact support@layunawear.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
