Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Layuna. However, if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees  what you see is what you get, including our return policy.

To start a return, please contact us at support@layunawear.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your email. we’ll be happy to help you find a suitable option.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days to complete the refund.
